Take a step back in time in this 1920s Spanish beach cottage with 100 year old historic elements restored and preserved. Adorned with delicate, fragile and original antique features restored such as wooden pulley windows, oak floors, decorative fireplace, wooden cabinetry, mint tile, door hardware and more. Thoughtful accents make you feel like you’ve stepped into a charming Italian home — from French doors opening to a balconette overlooking ivy walls in the backyard to Italian appliances in the quaint mint-colored tiled kitchen. Among the historic pieces, the cottage is decorated with trends in mind with mid-century modern and rattan accents and decor pieces by Joybird, Article, Pottery Barn, Castlery, Modern Komfort, Kardiel, Crate and Barrel, Loiloi Rugs, Mitzi, Monte Carlo Fans and more. Luxury appliance by Smeg refrigerator, Lefroy Brooks, Bertazzoni stove, Bosch dishwasher. Two bedroom, one bath 840 square feet with one king size bed and one queen size bed. Both rooms have accents of rattan, marble, brass, greenery with vintage charming windows. Designer living room with decorative fireplace, open facing historic windows that allows airflow and sea breeze. Enjoy the quaint outdoor back patio space as a photoshoot area as well with ivy walls, marker lights, neon sign, firepit, Article sofa, rattan chairs, outdoor dining table with Venice style umbrella, barbecue and view of the home with French doors and balconette. Bathroom is newly remodeled with unique European tiles, original cabinetry and windows, large free standing shower. Kitchen design includes preserved original and historic mint tile and mini hexagons on the countertop. Formal dining area which seats 4 and a kitchen nook that seats 2 with French doors and balconette overlooking romantic back yard. No locks or privacy locks on doors including bathroom. Please be gentle with door hardware, windows and kitchen tile as they are original and over 100 years old. WiFi, heating, air conditioning, fans, keypad entry.
