Take a step back in time in this 1920s Spanish beach cottage with 100 year old historic elements restored and preserved. Adorned with delicate, fragile and original antique features restored such as wooden pulley windows, oak floors, decorative fireplace, wooden cabinetry, mint tile, door hardware and more.

Thoughtful accents give the space a romantic atmosphere and make you feel like you’ve stepped into a charming Italian home — from French doors opening to a balconette overlooking ivy walls in the backyard to Italian appliances in the quaint mint-colored tiled kitchen.
